You send us an email or fax with your employees’ hours, and details of any starters, leavers, or other changes. If you pay everyone the same every time, you don’t even have to do that!
We calculate the gross pay, tax, national insurance, SSP, SMP, other non-statutory deductions, and net pay.
We post or email you payslips for each employee, and you hand them out!
We prepare your BACS transfer form, cheques, or cash requirements list and post or email these to you.
We tell you what you are due to pay and when in plenty of time (we will also tell HMRC too. This is a requirement for some businesses from April 2013 and all businesses from April 2014 under the new HMRC Real Time Information rules).
We check that you have paid on time, and warn you if you have missed a payment deadline!
We prepare all of your End of Year returns for signature and submit them to HMRC and print all employee forms for you to hand out.
